Well I reckon should Mr Farage become PM he will continue with a total Brexit, and Mr Trump will then feast his eyes on adding GB to his collection perhaps we'll be given a new name Trumpton Town in Trumptonshire - I did drink rather too much wine last evening with friends after babysitting and reading children's stories
With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride

A good summary of Trump's 1 hour 12 minute meandering speech in Davos by Channel 4's Paul McNamara !

Succinctly put - thanks for that @Blaze . I try not to listen to the garbage that comes directly out of the giant orange turd! Kudos to CH4's Paul McNamara.

If anyone hasn't heard, or don't really care, Trump has insulted all the European soldiers who were killed in Afghanistan by saying the non-Americans that were there stayed back from the front line. How do you think the families of those dead feel when they hear this? So how does anyone expect the US to ever regain the respect of anyone regardless of who is in office when Trump is finally voted out/impeached/asassinated?

@Hotrodder Please don't think because we don't jump on or post on everything that man says or does that we don't read the news or simply don't care ! Some of us have family members who fought in Afghanistan and other wars so don't assume that we don't wince at the garbage spouted by that man. I'm sure most people here read the news and have a pretty good idea of what is going on in the world whether they choose to post or not !
He doesn't know the meaning of the word diplomacy and diplomatic approaches/responses to his rants go over his head. What is the answer ? That world leaders respond to him in a language he understands ? Fight rant with rant ? How sad that one person can bring everyone down to his level of playground bullying.
A better response would be for countries to turn their backs on him and for the press to stop feeding his ego. The latter of course will never happen for obvious reasons.
I suspect his demise will come from within. There are already rumblings in Congress from his own people who are only too aware of his abuse of his position, both at home and abroad. What they need is someone with the guts to stand up to him and others to follow but they need someone strong and committed enough to do it.

I agree with you Blaze. The man is a typical bully and has an inflated ego which he encourages weaker people to feed.
A few more politicians are standing up to him now and disagreeing with many of his opinions. However, until his own countrymen are prepared to voice their opinions and challenge his lies he will continue in this vein. He wants to rule the world and it appears he is prepared to go to any length to dominate.
