Ah, I thought last Monday, 13th was the blue one - felt like it! :lol:

I must confess to feeling quite upbeat this Monday, even if it's only temporary. Tentative ceasefire between Hamas/Israel - first hostage swapping appears to have gone fairly smoothly.

Main show will be the (now indoors) inauguration of the orange twit later. Having sold thousands of tickets for outdoor, he's already managed to p*ss off his dedicated followers by saying they can't come in, and keep the tickets as memorabilia. Some of them will already be familiar with the Capitol after the riots, cough cough.

Get the popcorn ready folks. Hell is beginning to freeze over, so let's at least enjoy today before the massive piles of shite really hit the fan.

A really blue Monday for all those supplicants who paid for tickets to see the inauguration and are now told that …..
‘Inauguration tickets are now commemorative’
(In other words tough shit there are no refunds and you will not be able to attend the ceremony but you can keep the ticket as a souvenir.)

First time I've not been able to watch a whole clip - very depressing. So, I make the mistake of looking at the BBC headlines, and oh boy, Mr Pie's rant is nothing in comparison...
