I am considering buying a conservatory, about 20mt², double glazed, solar glass etc. Can anybody recommend a professional company, from personal experience. I am in 86150.

Our next-door neighbours used a specialist conservatory company for their addition of just below 20m2.
It is an elegant but simple design with glazing down to the floor so, depending on the direction of the wind, all the walls are sliding doors capable of being opened.
The company did all the paperwork necessary .. there was not much I understand as a 'permis de construire' is not necessary below 40m2 but, for the rest, it can depend on your location as to if there are special rules.

It's a 20m2 limit in our neck of the woods and then you will be caught for a one off tax of about €350 to €400. I have just received this bill of €400 odd for a chicken/duck house just under 20m2 and I haven't even started on the foundations yet.

Thanks for the replies. I am really just looking for a specialist company to fabricate, and erect the conservatory. I am au fait with the local regulations, and tax situation.
