Manonthemoon2 and I keep in regular contact and she has given me permission to keep you informed of her progress, which I know you all want to hear. Well, she's back in rehab (makes her sound like an addict
) and taking a few steps each day. Still on antibiotics for the infection, but now just precautionary as it seems to have healed. And she's had her 3rd lot of chemo. As anyone who has had this dreadful stuff, or cared for someone with cancer, you'll know it takes it out of you. But by my reckoning she's at the half way mark ( I think she said 6 rounds, or might gave been 4) so let's all cheer her on to get to the end of what's is a gruelling journey. If love could fly, it's coming your way manonthemoon2 ..........

@Mangetout Thank you for the update on Manonthemoon2 ... when I saw the word "rehab" ....
At least things are progressing positively, it's just the journey that's so awful.
Courage MOTM2, lots of virtual hugs and

And to you too Mangetout

Thank you for the update Mangetout.
Hope it will be a few more steps each day until homeward bound - very soon.
Virtual hugs from me too.

Many thanks for that @Mangetout . Please pass back my best wishes for a speedy recovery with the hopes that the chemo is not too debilitating.

Sending my very best wishes to MOTM2 too, and thank you for keeping us up to date, Mangetout; quite a few of us are quietly rooting for MOTM2’s progress towards recovery.

Well done Polly. Silent pray is great but I just want motm2 to hear our love. Having seen my darling husband through to the end I know how important it is to make sure someone knows how much we care.
