After spending all morning trying to get some sense out of the chat bots at DPD (also known as Dreadful Parcel Delivery) I beg to differ. Even a naturally stupid human will listen to a question and attempt a relevant response. Not so with Chat Bots. Having said that, when I did get the attention of a human I fared no better.

My advice: Always ask what carrier a seller uses before hitting the "Pay Now" button. If it is DPD abort immediately. Its never worth it. :evil:
