Wasn't he called "Pornhorn" located in the Deùs Saevres? Not entirely sure but he was never a member of Finf.

Exactly who I had in mind. Though, I thought the name was Pomhorn. Unfortunately I do not see he’s posts anymore.
He may not have been everybody's cup of tea but I found some of his posts very useful.


Which forum did he post on?

It was Pomhorn not Pornhorm. German descent I believe and some of his posts could be a bit well monotonous and of little interest, he also hit on some gems. For that he was worth his weight in gold although often not appreciated.

IIRC it was French Forum where he posted.

Yes, he was a fount of knowledge and I agree, and I thought it a shame that he was not always appreciated.
He posted on Total France and a bit on The France Forum but I think he gave up .... some people were rather rude to him.

Pomhorn was a regular on FE lovely chap he got a lot of stick from chancer taking the mickey out of his English, which wasn't nice.
