It came as no surprise to me when announced that this obnoxious man had, allegedly, been involved in inappropriate behavior, just the look of him is enough for me. The ridiculous sounds that emanated from him on what might have been an interesting series, inside the factory, when they gave him the OK to start up a conveyor or something, all he could manage was "hey hey hey". One of his former wives lived at the back of my father in law in Seasalter, and he would visit occasionally, coming down the road in his flash car with the radio blaring out. One time he appeared outside FIL's bungalow with a dog on a lead, presumably taking it for a walk, and allowed it to crap on the old mans lawn, needless to say he was up like a shot banging on the window, Wallace then hurled a load of profanities at the old man and trotted off laughing his head off. His mother used to live on the main road in to Whitstable, opposite the Rose in Bloom pub, supposedly Wallace started a punch up in there one night. I just do not know how he has got the "fame" he has acquired, I believe he was a greengrocer by trade, suddenly he is a food critic, I won't be sad to not see him reappear on the tele.

Rod Stewart has steamed in to him as well, something about humiliating his wife when she was on "celebrity" Masterchef, you know that's a special edition of a long running, past it's sell by date, programme, where well known famous personalities appear???

Looks like another case of a witch hunt brewing. It seems everyone keeps quiet until a story breaks and then everyone comes out of the woodwork to say what happened years ago. Seems all the victims of sexual offences don't have the guts to kick up a fuss at the time but happy to jump on the bandwagon, maybe sniffing at some sort of compensation if things go to court?
J. Saville, Al-Fayed, Rolf Harris, Cyril Smith, D. Trump come to mind. Maybe if the laws were better defined, and these things got dealt with properly in court, men would think twice before treating women disrespectfully.

It seems threat-o-grams from lawyers are enough to shut up individuals. It takes a head of steam to set up a "me too" moment.

Add to your list Epstein and Weinstein. They all have deep enough pockets to pay for lawyers.

A lot of people in the industry are freelance and are therefore reluctant to speak out at the time as it may influence their future.
