But you're right, it's not important and, besides, it might not keep for long... It's better to think about our stomachs !

With each new government, we put the same ministers back in different positions. You don't build a sniper or a fighter pilot by assembling limbs of dead GIs !
It's a game of musical chairs to rehouse those who, in former governments, were either incompetent or fanatics of a harmful ideology.
With the same 35 people, by trying all the combinations of positions, we can form 35! (factorial 35) governments or 10,000 billion billion billion governments... but we won't have made any progress...
