One of the main reasons we recently left France for the UK, soon as we have buggered off they go and change it back to what we believed we were instigating when we made the will in France. All this faffing about at our ages means that should anything have happened to us both then our wishes would not have been actioned. I doubt that it will now be as clear cut as we would have expected, and what is suggested herein, the French have a peculiar way of twisting things about in order to mess up your hopes and aspirations. We have now drafted replacement wills here in the UK.
