There’s a school of thought here in the UK that this election was about getting Stamer out and Burnham in rather than parties. It will be interesting to see the results of the next few by elections

Farage speaks very highly of Putin and was seen following Trump during his presidential campaign. Yet Farage still has a strong following among the racists.

Take a good hard look at the choices available should another general election take place, an absolute shower of rubbish, all there to feather their own nests. Politics used to be a vocation, you didn't become a politician to earn a living, admittedly you got paid, now it's a career, and one providing a lucrative reimbursement, as well as access to all sorts of fiddles, not only monetary ones.

During covid, I watched both Macron and Boris giving important anouncements regarding the situation, even with my french I could follow and understand about 90% of Macrons announcements, and probably understood about 60% of what Boris was talking about.
