Chest Fairing

Anyone got one, would you like one? do you know what it is? No nether did I until a few minuets ago. Apparently at the ladies Tour de France some of the ladies have exaggerated their chest size, so they can wear the corresponding size sports bra, however some of these ladies have lied and are filling the excess space with padding, thus making their chest more streamlined, to gain an advantage, you could not make this up. If however they required a suitable and unbiased person the check them, then I am available

Just for balance, the mens TdF prohibits the placement of a water bottle or a radio on the chest.

This is for the same reason, creating a wedge shaped front profile and so more streamlined.
