I don'regard my comments as inverted snobbery: I'm an ornnery gal from a poor home who'os worked in England with people who utter such nonsense (not "over the top" in WW1 terms), and I hope I've kept my sense of proportion.

@MAD87 My comment wasn't aimed at you ! I've seen inverted snobbery endlessly in military circles where stupid assumptions are made, i.e. "they're not like us". But equally I've seen military wives put on ridiculous airs and graces which are just laughable.
People will sometimes try to puff themselves up to give themselves more confidence. I've come across a fair number of Brits in France who have clearly reinvented themselves. It's depressing when you find out that you've been fed a load of lies.

Well it’s not gone well for him Lost his court case which has resulted in a lot of costs for him and others and then criticised the verdict and judge (bordering on slander ). Awkward when your dad is technically head of the judiciary

Harry will continue to attract both good and bad press. If he seeks to use the press to his own advantage, he may also have to accept that he might not like everything he reads about himself, nor the manner in which the information was acquired.

Exactly!
Sort of strange to read that she's been involved in suing the newspaper whilst her ex. husband has been singing it's praises & saying that the same 'paper helped to bring their son's killers to justice.
Seems to me to be likely she was conned by the 'big names' into supporting their efforts especially as Harry has been reported to be paying her legal fees obviously expecting to win the case.
Tee -hee! That's a load more dosh he's gonna have to shell out for his arrogance.
